Shipping, taxes, and duties

Shipping is free for deliveries worldwide on all products.
We ship with DHL and PostNL and deliveries can take up to 2-5 days.

• Orders placed before 5 PM CET will be processed and shipped on the same day.
• Orders placed after 5 PM CET on Saturday will be processed and shipped on Monday.

Taxes are calculated and pre-paid at checkout. Duties are reimbursed: send us your receipt and we will take care of it.

Returns

Returns are accepted only for unopened packages with the safety seal intact and within 30 days after delivery. You will receive a full refund or store credits for your next purchase. Returns are paid by the customer.
