We ship globally
After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Free Global Shipping above €50
Free global delivery above €50. On orders below €50 we charge €4.95 in shipping fees. Your orders are shipped with DHL, DPD or PostNL depending on the final address.
Taxes and duties: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We believe in good vibes for all, send us your official tax receipts at support@theohcollective.com and we will reimburse the duties and taxes.

Netherlands & Belgium: 1-3 business days
United Kingdom & Europe: 3-7 business days
Rest of world: 7-15 business days
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please get in touch with us at support@theohcollective.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused, with the safety seal intact and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@theohcollective.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
